This is a very, very, very simple recipe for something very, very, very delicious. Even my husband, who is VERY picky, loved those sweet energy balls or ” Balls of life”, as some like to call them.
I’m very sorry I can’t give you the exact quantities of all the ingredients becouse I simply used what I’ve got and went with the flow not thinking right then about writing anything down. Sorry. I think it also wouldn’t make much sense anyway becouse you really have to make it according to your own likes.
dates paste ( you can use also fresh dates or dry dates first soaked in warm water; dates will be your base it this recipe so you will need more of them than of any other ingredient )
walnuts ( chopped in small pieces )
Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix them together with your hand. If the paste is still too dry and the ingredients don’t stick together it means you have to use more dates or dates paste. Add as much as needed to get a good consistency and form small balls with the palms of your hands.
And that’s the final result!
